I am a practitioner of Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement® and am excited to be the first to bring this work to southwest Missouri.
NeuroMovement is a holistic approach to human functioning and action, based in the understanding that movement is the language of the brain. Movement provides information the brain needs to grow and organize itself. In response, the brain can better organize thought, sensation, emotion, movement, and action. Movement with attention facilitates the upgrading of both mind and body.
